As founder and CEO
of an International sportsman club, Wendel set out in search of a great meat rub to season a brisket of beef to cook in a "barbecue pit" and
serve at the clubs annual BBQ event.
After trying dozens of other rubs,
and wanting something a little more "special",
Wendel set out to create his own blend!
